Description
The collection comprises 173 photographic prints and 10 negatives showing various buildings in Wiltshire, Somerset and Dorset taken by James Burford, Frederick Futcher and others between about 1952 and 1967. Almshouses, churches and thatched cottages are particularly well represented. Further duplicates or reduced copies are present. It is likely that James Burford FRIBA compiled the collection.
