Description

An album of 32 photographs on 16 pages, showing the building prior to and in the early stages of restoration. These images are undated, but the property came under state management in 1962 and the 1972 edition of Pevsner's 'Building of England' volume for Dorset suggests that restoration was underway by that point, so a date range of 1962 to 1972 has been presumed.
