Hancock Museum of Natural History, Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear

This museum was built in 1878 by John Wardle for the Newcastle Natural History Society. It is built in a 'Greek Revival' style of architecture. It is named after John Hancock, a well known naturalist who helped to campaign for the museum
