Headstone to miners, St Just churchyard, Cornwall

Tin mines are not prone to the pockets of explosive gas encountered in collieries, but fatalities were high nonetheless. This stone commemorates a father and son, Howard and John Victor (48 and 22 respectively), who were killed in separate accidents in Boscaswell Mine 20 years apart.
