A leisurely scene by Stopham Bridge on the River Arun. The bridge was built in the later 16th century. The central arch is higher than the others to allow boats to pass.

View of the Widnes and Runcorn Transporter Bridge from the shore. It was opened in 1905 and was the largest bridge of this type ever. It was demolished after 1961 when a new high level road bridge was built.
