The Director's House, Truman Brewery, 91, Brick Lane, Tower Hamlets

A rare surviving gentleman's town house in London, which was both a domestic residence and company headquarters. It is part of a brewery that was open from the 18th to the 20th centuries. There is a strong connection with the anti-slavery campaigner Sir Thomas Foxell Buxton.
